What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 15:00, and check-out ends at 12:00.
Is there a cancellation fee?
There is no fee for cancellations made by 15:00 of the day before the check-in date. Cancellations made after 15:00 of the day before the reservation will incur a fee equal to the full accommodation fee. There are other rules governing cancellations which apply in the case of some reservations plans. Please inquire directly to learn more.
Do you offer in-room dining?

In-room dining is offered from 6:30 to 22:00 with limited menus.


We offer in-room dining 24 hours a day.
In order to make your time with us that much more enjoyable, we have prepared a special menu that includes a wide range of everything from meals to drinks to sweets. Any time of the day or night, let us know what you’re in the mood for.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms in the hotel. Guests wishing to smoke may do so in the designated smoking area in the lobby.
Is there a charge for children who will share the bed?
There is no accommodation fee for children age 12 and under who will not require their own bed. We want to enable families to really enjoy their stay with.
How much the parking fee is?
Hotel parking is available for valet parking only.
Price: 4,000JPY from check-in to check-out.

Guests are welcome to use NPC WATERS takeshiba Parking as well.
600JPY per hour / maximum 2,200JPY for 24h parking for stay guest

Where is the restaurant for breakfast in the morning?

Breakfast is served at CHef's Theatre (16F) from 6:30 to 11:00 (L.O.10:00) with American breakfast (5,100JPN for stay guest/5,500JPN for visitor).
*All prices include consumption tax and the 15% service charge.

Breakfast is served in the Chef’s Theatre on the 16th floor between 6:30 and 10:30. Our breakfast hours are designed to ensure both early risers and those enjoying a slower start can have a great start to their day.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
Smoking is not allowed in any of retaurant and bar/lounge in the hotel. Those wishing to smoke may do so in the designated smoking area on the 16th floor.
Do you accommodate allergies and other dietary restrictions?
We do our utmost to accommodate the needs of our guests; so, please do not hesitate to ask.
Are children allowed in the restaurant?
There is no age restriction on children dining in the restaurant. We want to enable families to enjoy their meals together.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code. Please do not feel hesitant about coming to dine with us.
How much the parking fee is?
Hotel parking is available for valet parking only.
Price: 2,000JPY per parking per car
400JPY every 30 minutes
Complimentary services:
3 hours complimentary for guests purchased over 6,000JPY
6 hours complimentary for guests purchased over 12,000JPY
*The complimentary hours are available for total hours disregarding the number of cars.
*Restaurant complimentary hours do not apply for valet parking fee.
