The uniform of talents (hotel staff) at mesm Tokyo is featured as an example of genderless fashion in the supplementary materials for high school home economics, titled "Life Design Guide 2024 - Compilation of Materials + Nutritional Information" (Published by: Taishukan Shoten), issued in April 2024.

 

 As genderless uniforms become more common in Japanese schools and hotels, creating environments where individuals can express their identities, mesm Tokyo's initiative to introduce uniforms that embrace "freedom in fashion" without being constrained by gender concepts is highlighted in educational materials.
