Rembrandt van Rijn was a preeminent 17th-century Dutch painter. The program consists of two parts: an appetizer assortment of eight varieties of sweets and savories, and a main plate. The appetizers trace the journey of Rembrandt's life, while the main plate, "The Halo Pannacotta," is inspired by his masterpiece, The Hundred Guilder Print. This signature dish captures Rembrandt's artistic world through the striking contrast between the "shadows" of cacao and the "light" of vanilla pannacotta. Savor the world of art with all five senses.
