Chef's Theatre is a restaurant that arranges programs of French cuisine in bistronomy style with the live atmosphere of an open kitchen. The chef's delicate skills and the seasonal ingredients gathered in Tokyo, are utilized to present a variety of dishes that are linked with a story as if you were watching a play, just as the name "Chef's Theatre" suggests. From the refreshing greenery of Hamarikyu Gardens during the day to the glittering nightscape of central Tokyo, the Chef’s Theatre engages all five senses to enjoy the gastronomic experience on a dynamic and artistic stage.

■Every【MONDAY to THURSDAY】enjoy our heartwarming French prix-fixe program and Free-Flow Bistronomy-Style experience. Starting Wednesday, April 1, 2026, these will be available for 120-minute sessions from 17:00 to 21:00. We hope you’ll take this opportunity to visit us.
