We have recently discovered that “Five Senses Chocolates”, manufactured and sold at mesm Tokyo, Autograph Collection, was made using material that had passed its best-before date. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this may have caused our guests and all other parties concerned. To date, we have received no reports of adverse health effects. Following the discovery, testing was conducted by an independent third-party laboratory. All tested parameters returned negative results and were within the applicable standards, confirming that there were no quality issues. We take this matter very seriously and are committed, as an entire team, to implementing measures to prevent a recurrence.
