Nippon Hotel Co., Ltd. operates "JR Hotel Members," a membership program for the JR Hotel Group comprising 133 hotels and ryokans across Japan. Through our network of diverse hotel brands, including mesm Tokyo, we cater to a wide range of accommodation needs.

 

To make our nationwide hotel network even more accessible and convenient, the membership program will be renewed on Tuesday, November 10, 2026. The previous two-tier status system will be expanded into a five-tier status system, allowing for faster status upgrades. Furthermore, point-reward rates, best-rate guarantees, and member benefits will be further enhanced, transforming the program into an even more convenient and comfortable experience.
