In recent years, incidents of smoke and fire involving mobile power banks have been reported in Japan. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines when using mobile power banks in guest

rooms.
 

1. Points to Note When Using/Charging

Please refrain from using or charging power banks in the situations below to prevent fire or other incidents.
- Charging while you are away from the room (e.g., when going out)

- Using or charging in direct sunlight near windows

- Using or charging on combustible materials such as beds or sheets

When charging devices from a power bank, or charging a power bank from an in-room outlet, please do so in a place where you can continuously monitor the device to detect and avoid any issues at an early stage.

2. Do Not Use Damaged or Abnormal Products

Please do not use power banks that are damaged, swollen, or exhibiting unusual heat, as they are extremely dangerous.
 

3. During Guest Room Cleaning

For safety reasons, if any of the situations above are found during room cleaning, our staff may relocate the power bank or stop the charging process. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
