New "Delicacies of the French Riviera" starts on July 1, 2026.

mesm Tokyo is delighted to introduce its new Dinner Program, "Delicacies of the French Riviera", starting Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at the 16th-floor French dining restaurant, Chef's Theatre
 
This summer-exclusive program is inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Provence and the Côte d'Azur in the South of France. Combining classic French techniques with the artistry of Culinary Meister Kumamoto in a bistronomy style, the menu beautifully captures the refreshing essence of summer.
 
For dinner, guests can indulge in a leisurely 5 course menu that reimagines traditional Southern French regional cuisine through the unique lens of Chef’s Theatre. The journey begins with an amuse bouche that weaves Japanese elements into fresh seafood. It is followed by the appetizer, Sea Bass in a Provençal Garden, where a vibrant citrus sauce creates a refreshing finish. From a main dish layered with the aromatic notes of saffron and Southern French herbs to a dessert crafted like a white Mont Blanc infused with lemon, the scents of summer beautifully transition with every plate.
 
Immerse yourself in the charm of the South of France, a region that sparkles under the brilliant summer sun, and savor this seasonal journey with all your five senses.
