New "Delicacies of the French Riviera" starts on July 1, 2026.

mesm Tokyo is delighted to introduce its new Semi-Lunch Buffet, "Delicacies of the French Riviera", starting Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at the 16th-floor French dining restaurant, Chef's Theatre
 
Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Provence and the Côte d'Azur, this exclusive summer Semi-Lunch Buffet brings a refreshing touch of the Mediterranean to your table. To offer a relaxed yet authentic taste of classic French cuisine infused with Culinary Meister Kumamoto’s unique artistry, lunch is presented in a traiteur (delicatessen) semi-buffet style.

The buffet counter will come alive with a vibrant selection of approximately 15 varieties of amuse-bouches and appetizers—including conger eel fritti, pissaladière (Southern French pizza), and colorful summer vegetables—alongside 3 types of bread and 5 exquisite desserts. Paired with your choice of three main dishes, it promises a truly delightful, uplifting dining experience.
