“Suzumomo” is a refreshing mojito-style cocktail that beautifully balances the sweetness of peach with the crispness of mint. The base features “Mizubasho Sui” a Junmai Daiginjo sake born from the lush natural surroundings of Gunma Prefecture. To enhance its depth and forest-like aroma, we add a splash of the rare Japanese whisky “Hakushu,” fresh mint, and a luxurious slice of peach. Guests are invited to complete the cocktail themselves for a personalized experience.
