The breakfast includes mesm Tokyo’s signature Signifiant Signifié sandwich, a warm soup made with leafy greens, and a free-range boiled egg paired with a rich snow crab sauce—all served with sustainability in mind. Operated three times daily on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only, this unique experience invites you to welcome the day as you glide across the gentle waters of Tokyo Bay.
