At Chef’s Theatre, the French dining restaurant on the 16th floor of mesm Tokyo, the free-flow offering previously available only on Wednesdays has been expanded, in response to guest requests, to four weekdays a week, from Monday through Thursday, starting Wednesday, April 1, 2026. Reimagined as a free-flow plan to be enjoyed alongside bistronomy-style culinary items, the program features mesm Tokyo’s original five-colored drinks as well as a curated selection of alcoholic beverages. In addition, share-style dishes for groups of three to four guests are also available. Unwind and enjoy a relaxed evening with close friends and good company.
