Two bistronomy courses themed around the awakening of spring on Earth

At the restaurant "Chef's Theater," we are offering two limited-time programs from March 1  to May 31: a lunch program titled "Terroir - Exploring the Land of Fine Wines," which focuses on wines from various regions of France, and a dinner program titled "Vegetable Garden – Messages from the Flowers," which centers around the symbolic meanings of spring vegetables.
 
For lunch, the program highlights the characteristics of each region by focusing on high-quality French wines, which vary in taste and aroma depending on the land's individuality and environment. You can also indulge in authentic wine pairings.
For dinner, experience our chef's dedicated program, which revolves around the symbolic meanings of spring vegetables in the language of flowers, showcasing ingredients meticulously selected for their freshness and flavor.
