mesm Tokyo's "Layered Parfait" series offers different flavors each season. This summer, we present a cool and sophisticated creation for adults, combining juicy watermelon with aromatic basil.

 

Cubes of watermelon and gelée are layered with fromage blanc ice cream, while chocolates designed to resemble the rind and seeds add a playful touch. The lower layer combines a basil-scented pudding and gelée, creating a refreshing taste and a vibrant contrast of red and green.
