mesm Tokyo presents its new “Layered Parfait,” featuring a featuring a featuring a sophisticated blend of refreshing summer melon and savory prosciutto, at Bar & Lounge “Whisk” on the 16th floor from July, 2026.
 
The stars of the show are refreshing summer melon and savory prosciutto, beautifully arranged like rose petals to evoke a glamorous Roman afternoon. As you delve through the layers, a multidimensional harmony of flavors unfolds: rich mascarpone and smooth pistachio blend with the vibrant acidity of fruit tomato and a crisp lime-basil gelée, finished with a crunchy grissini crumble.
