About Dassai:

Brewed by Asahishuzo in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Dassai Junmai Daiginjo is a globally celebrated sake, loved across Europe, Asia, and beyond.

 

● Dassai Junmai Daiginjo 45

Known as Dassai’s standard yet uncompromising offering, it is made by polishing Yamada Nishiki rice to 45% (removing 55%). It features delicate sweetness and a floral aroma derived from the rice.

 

● Dassai Junmai Daiginjo 45 Nigori Sparkling

This sparkling sake is crafted with Yamada Nishiki polished to 45% (55% removed). The elegant aroma unique to Junmai Daiginjo, the subtle sweetness of the rice, and the fine, refreshing bubbles from secondary fermentation in the bottle define this sake. Made without added sugar or non-rice components, it follows a "nature" method rarely seen even in champagne production.

* A cover charge of ¥1,500 per person (tax and service charge included), which includes three amuse-bouches, applies to access Club mesm.

* The type of Dassai served is not selectable.
